hi friends, i’m moss; i’m disabled/unable to work and suffer from chronic illness and chronic burnout. i’ve been struggling for a few years now since i suddenly had to live by myself after my mother and grandmother passed. my income which is mostly from selling things online is extremely inconsistent and i rely on mutual aid to fill in the gaps, which is unfortunately also inconsistent. the uncertainty of never knowing if my basic needs will be met has taken a toll on my health and further affected my ability to generate income.right now i’m dealing with another big wall which is that my car broke down and, aside from occasionally getting rides from friends, i am now stuck at home until it can get fixed. i need funds to get back on the road again which will help my ability to earn money (meeting with craigslist buyers/taking packages to post office) and generally care for myself independently.i also need help paying my water bill which is due 9/30. it’s only $30, and is the one bill that, due to the company’s awful policies, i will not be able to reactivate if it were to be cancelled for nonpayment. it is always the most urgent monthly bill for me for that reason.i am also low on bathroom necessities and would very much appreciate any help with my ability to maintain my personal hygiene.all of these needs are reflected on my goal on my ko-fi page. it’s currently at 120/300 as of writing this, or 40%. i can accept paypal, venmo and most cards via ko-fi. anything helps. exceeding my goal will let me address less urgent but still essential needs. stay safe and lead with love, friends.
